Usage: request <player-name> <e-mail-address> <real-name>

If you would like a password to connect to this server, use the `request'
command.  For example, if you would like to be known as poslfit, your real
name is John Chew, and your e-mail address is jjchew@math.utoronto.ca, then
you would type: request poslfit jjchew@math.utoronto.ca John Chew.

All requests are checked manually and processed within a few hours at best
or a few days at worst.  If your request is accepted and you have typed your
e-mail address correctly, you will receive your password by e-mail.  If a
few days go by and you do not receive it, send e-mail to poslfit at the
address shown above to find out what has happened to your request.
