If you would like to stay with one of us, please contact billetting coordinator Vivienne Muhling at (416) 603-0625 (phone or fax) or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate smoking preference, parking requirements, special food needs and arrival and departure times.
Send your entry fees (see above for calculation) to Lisa Kessler, 302-150 Balmoral Avenue, Toronto ON M4V 1J4 by Friday, September 24th, 2004. Please include your name, telephone number, address, valid NSA membership number (unless this is your first tournament) and preferred division.
