Here's a lonely, emphatic vote for

K3 OUR, 13 points, Bob Lipton 1939

Joel's excellent DUI was my first thought, OUR my second thought. The good thing about DUI is that it blocks opponent's high-scoring possibilities at H11 (not much consolation if he scores with ZEE or ZED anyway). And I'll admit the T hook is a nice idea, which is why DUI was my first thought.

What I don't like about DUI is (l) the T-hook bingo is going to be a low-scoring one, perhaps not enough points to help us, especially since opponent will have comeback possibilities on Row 15, not to mention two cracks at ZEE/ZED. On the other hand, our bingo at 12G will score better, and if opponent does make an H11 play, our hoped-for return bingo has a chance of scoring well, esp. if from 15H.

Moreover, the bingo line blocked by K3 OUR, from the S at M3, is a low-scoring one.

Finally, there's the little matter of 8 extra points.
