My top three choices:

b4 UT (8) The main argument for this seems to be to keep the E at j5 available for bingo purposes. However, I think the usefulness of this particular E is being overestimated. Any 8-letter bingo through it would have to place it in the 3rd or 4th position. Furthermore, it is quite likely that our opponent will botch the spot with his next play anyway.

k3 OUT (12) Again, the nice TRAIN leave, plus a few more points than UT. Having some idea of how Maven thinks, I wouldn't be too surprised if this ends up being the "best" play. However, I find it a bit too fishy at this point.

h1 UNlIT (15) This is my choice. Seems like the maximal combination of turnover, score, and leave.

I vote for h1 UNlIT. Rating 1922.
