OUR k3 (13) is interesting for its rack leave and score, but fails to do anything useful for us positionally, so nix to that. It's time to be aggressive. This rack is just too good to break up, an opening fish seems clearly indicated to me. Even if we wanted to break it up, we couldn't score much more doing so than with the move I propose, (yes, I know about CLUTTER and CATTIER, but the leaves in either case do nothing for us).

DUI g11 seems to me to do everything right. It is one of the few moves that actually is likely to result in a better rack than we already have, it sets up our T on row 14 with only one more unseen, anything opp might try to block with will score very little, and it's downright difficult to block anyway. It also still holds the ZED/E possibility on a board where it is very hard to score even half that much anywhere else, which, after last turn's 13-point gain, would actually get us close enough that we might not even need a bingo to win.
