I vote for CATTIER at 5c, to play to get the S, score points, and limit opponent's choices.

Another choice is to play WENT at D11, setting up a 37 pt. DITA play. It un-duplicates the TT in your hand and the N in your hand that's duplicated by the open N on the board, but it doesn't score enough, unbalances your rack, and your opponent might have a play there...
