Three moves are fairly close in my estimation. E3 DEFTLY (26), 9C FEOD (25) and 9C FEODS (33). Hate to keep the O or 3 consonants, but its a little early in the game to burn the S for only 8 points. DEFTLY allows 8's to be played through some very flexible letters. I therefore vote for 9C FEOD.
