Apparently the first no-brainer of the game.

opponent continues to draw indifferently, and now a bingo will definitely but us fully back in the game. 1a AVE is 32 points and leaves a reasonable vowel-consonant ratio, but LOW is s simply not bingo prone, and with a full 30 point deficit a bingo is still required. c2 NOW for 27 seems the right combination of scorning and bingo development. c2 NOWT is three points more, but reduces bingo chances, both through a less developed rack, and most likely forgoing the DUI/T hook we just created. The S is still a flexible tile, and we'd love to draw it, but if it is not used as part of a bingo on this board, it's just another 1 point tile.
