Lester,

Considering the vowel/consonant ratio remaining, I would think we would want to retain the T. I agree that the extra letter played gives us a better chance at an S or E, but in only drawing 2 tiles, we already have a good shot at an E...and a second one to add to the one already on our rack would cause triplication.

I vote for NOW at 2c.
