Usage: gripe <message>

Your cooperation in identifying problems and possible enhancements on the
server is an essential part of the server's development.  To make a suggestion
or report a bug, enter `gripe' followed by anything that you wish to say.
E.g. `gripe The gripe command should have a small text editor built into it.'

The local administrator will read the gripes file periodically and respond to
your concerns, typically by making a change and logging it in `history', adding
an entry to `todo' or explaining why s/he thinks no change is necessary.  To
read the gripes file, use the `gripes' command.  `gripes' followed by a number
(e.g. `gripes 20') lists the last however many lines of the gripes file.
