2002-08-30F13:00 Visit Hart House if venue approved. Reservations office open 9:00-16:30 on first floor, west wing. Ask about accommodation for Zev K, Joel W. Ask Facility Mgr Chris (8-8974) about Internet access, phone lines, electrical. Ask Jeremy Graham about same. Meet with Sara (reservations, 8-2449) to finalize booking if possible. Get room plan or dimensions. Book small rooms as well. After hours? Ask if other group booked for Music Room could be persuaded to move.
2002-09  Check responsibility for press/publicity materials (press kit, player kit, media releases, signage), transport (big board, player boards, banners), facility setup (phone, Internet, electricty), catering (reception, breakfast, lunch, coffee, water service)
2002-09  Recruit operational staff.
2002-09  Design provisional logo.
2002-09  Request permission to host event at NSA site, set up initial site, post QS.
2002-09  Plan, order player goodies - custom board/bag?
