This round, we had leader Conor McLean (Spain) playing Gilles Vanmaldeghem (Spain) at the electronic board, our first live-streamed School Scrabble game. It was not without glitches, but the students had a good time, and the game was close enough and the style of play sufficiently different from championship play that it made for good entertainment. Once the school division finishes up at 15:00, we'll run a championship division game or two: stay tuned.

Undefeated after two rounds are now Conor, who plays Spyke Stewart (Spain) after lunch, and Aaron Payne (Spain), who plays Veronica Malka (Spain).
