The Ethernet switch failed again, and has been replaced with a spare.

Ruling: I tracked both boards, ascertained that Player A's most recently drawn tiles were missing from Players C and D's game, and transferred them to that game, then asked Player A to draw from the correct bag. All players were cautioned not to use identical tiles at neighbouring games.
