Flaky broadband connection this round, intermittent enough that our web host locked us out for having too many half-open FTP connections.

Director's call: If I draw a tile out of the bag, can my opponent challenge?

Ruling: no, unless there was some sort of irregularity, such as flash-drawing or prerecording the score.

It's been a pretty busy day here again, and there's much left to do for everyone who is involved in preparing for the arrival tomorrow of the 6,000 or so student players. I have to prepare a special build of tsh for some of the student divisions.

Three players had a 7-1 day today, no one claimed the THB 2000 prize for winning all their games. Weera Saengsit (THA) was 7-1 +714, Thacha Koowirat (THA) +387 and Goutham Jayaraman (IND) +291.

Leading the Team Unity roto by three games is Daniel Srichawla (THA), whose five picks have an aggregate 49-26 +1312 record.

As far as this website is concerned, I have photos to upload, would not mind writing a little bit of commentary that is unrelated to the nonstop stream of director's calls, and I am hoping to get some annotated games posted soon (I have seen people entering yesterday's games all afternoon, and expect to get a USB stickful tomorrow morning). Watch for some more stuff over the next few hours!
