Alastair Richards (AUS) is Gibsonized, and as Nigel Richards (NZL) was excused from playing any further games as well, Alastair plays Siu Hean Cheah (SGP), winning 506-387 to rack up an extra unneeded win. Helen Gipson (Sco) and Adam Logan (CAN) play at the feature board for third place, with Helen winning 422-350 to claim the €1,000 prize, kicking Adam out of the prize money altogether.

Also finishing in the top money: Kevin McMahon (IRL) in 4th, Sam Kantimathi (USA) in 5th, and Ewa Kondracka (POL) for best placing above seed.
