In Recreational, it's a double round robin, so everyone plays the same opponent again this round, reversing who starts and replies. All of last round's winners win again, but Suzanne Dundas's (NLD) 458-256 win over Zaffar Mahmood (AUT) gives her the lead on spread ahead of other double winners Peggy Fehily (DEU), Pam Morris (AUT) and Nancy Alroy (ISR).

In Championship, five players remain undefeated: Nigel Richards (NZL) +390, Theresa Brousson (MLT) +204, Shanker Menon (IND) +154, Pramit Kamath (IND) +129 and Wayne Kelly (Eng) +36. Shanker had a 436-396 victory over Helen Gipson (Sco) that was streamed live using MSI's RFID board, with live commentary by John Chew and American poker commentator Jesse May. The game was a close one, with Shanker bingoing separately with each blank, and Helen having a run of vowels in the midgame.
