Sam Kantimathi (USA) beats Dave Hoskisson (Eng) 542–293, despite having had to play both PHT and PFFT.

Mikki Nicholson (Eng) beats Simon Gillam (Sco) 398–318 to keep a two-game lead over Craig Beevers (Eng), who beat Feargal Weatherhead (IRL) 481–344. Helen Gipson (Sco) drops to three games back with a 418–438 loss to Joanne Craig (NZL), but remains ahead of Siu Hean Cheah (SGP) on spread, who also lost, 407–418 to Esther Perrins (AUS).

Mikki's simulated chance to win rises from about 75% to about 80%, and Craig's +1528 spread gives him about twice the (small) chance to win that either Helen or Cheah has.

At the other end of the field, Marion Loewenstein (ISR) wins her third game, 423–406 against Nuala O'Rourke (NIr), and climbs out of bottom place for the first time.
